Recycling Services
LPS has partnered with a Precious Metal Refinery, offering our clients the opportunity to Recycle both Industrial & Medical X-RAY's. LPS will extend labor, necessary rigging & tooling, logistics support and services to remove, load, haul, unload and weigh X-RAY FILM at our Refinery, provide a Certificate of Destruction and finally Disburse Payment back to client, based on the total weight of Recycled X-Ray Film.
Certificate of Destruction
LPS will Provide a 'Certificate of Destruction' following the pick-up of Medical X-RAY Film. This Certificate Certifies and Ensures Responsible and Proper Destruction and Disposal of Medical X-RAY Film and all Records, Releasing the originator/retention holder of all liabilities and responsibilities obeying all 'Federal and State' Regulations, Requirements and Laws (Pursuant to 45 CFR §§164.530(c) and 164.310(d)(2)(i)). Payment
Upon Thorough and Accurate Weight Reading, LPS will then disburse Payment within (7) days to Client based on a 'Price Per Pound' Rate Schedule.

LPS Staff Employees are Trained and HIPAA Compliant, offering peace of mind to all Medical Professionals - that their Patient Records are Properly handled and disposed of according to HIPAA Compliancy Regulations. (See HIPAA Certification Below).
